About Lauren

From a young age Lauren has always loved events and design. Going back and fourth between wanting to be an interior designer or working in hospitality. She has worked in multiple hospitality positions as well as design and home organizing (having her own company for a while, closing it during COVID and becoming too busy with babies and Staging). 

Finding her sweet spot with Home Staging! Starting with Energizing Spaces 2016, working part time, now as Lead Stager. While staging she figured out she could use all of the skills she has learned in the past. As well as be able to do Design & Hospitality!

Since Home Staging is a season business and Short Term Rentals are becoming so popular. This was a natural step in her professional life!

When Lauren is not Staging for Energizing Spaces she helping clients style and design their Short Term Rentals and refinishing furniture.  

Lauren and her Husband Ryan have two amazing kids Ethan and Mia! She loves being with her family when not working. Spending time with them playing outside and traveling.
